Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
All orders ship via tracked courier service. Packaging is discreetly labeled to preserve privacy and compound integrity.

- •Free shipping on orders over $400 CAD
Shipping Destinations
We ship across Canada at a flat $20 rate. Free shipping applies to orders over $400 CAD. Customers in the United States must contact us at info@quantumrp.ca to arrange shipping before placing an order. For other international destinations, please contact us as well to determine shipping rates.
Tracking
A tracking number is provided via email once your order ships. You can monitor delivery status through the carrier website.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
