Research Compound Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances. Products must be unopened, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method. Processing times depend on your financial institution. Refunds for Interac e-Transfer payments may take 3-5 business days to process.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- •Opened or reconstituted peptide vials
- •Products returned beyond the 14-day window
- •Orders cancelled after shipment
- •Bacteriostatic water once opened
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before payment is sent. Once payment is received and the order is processed, cancellation is subject to our discretion.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping for eligible items is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is due to our error.
